If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gold or diamond purchase, simply visit us within 30 days of your purchase date with your warranty card and we will replace or exchange your diamond jewelry with any other diamond jewelry- no questions asked and without any loss on your diamond purchase (This is valid for one time only).
After 30 days of your purchase date and up to 12 months, if you wish to exchange your piece there will be a 15% loss of value, and if you wish to return the piece, there will be a 30%-17% loss of value.
